Associate Director: The Associate Director will work closely with Program Director in all aspects of the business.
From sales, marketing to bookkeeping and contracts, the person who fills this role will be wearing many hats.
Must be able to do anything from taking out the trash to negotiating performance contracts and executing
competition packages in a timely manner. Must be a detailed person, creative and willing to take on any task as

Cheer/Dance Assistant/Hip-Hop Dance Assistant: RAW Talents runs a highly competitive Cheer and Dance
program. We compete/perform every six weeks. This position requires the applicant to have at least one of the
following: Cheerleading, Jazz, Ballet, Tumbling or Hip-Hop Dance experience. Applicants MUST be able to teach
and work with members as young as 4yrs old and up. Hours very but are typically 1 to 2 evenings a week and 1
Sunday (late afternoon), depending on the team you are working with. This is ideal for High School & College
students looking to “beef-up” their resumes and in most cases students can receive School Required Community
Service Hour credits. ATTRIBUTES: Leadership, Positive Attitude, Enthusiasm, Dedication, and Punctuality.
Coaches must also be willing to travel to competitions as needed. Position starts as an internship with a
choreography stipend with the potential to grow into a full time position. RAW Talents will cover most expenses
dealing with travel to Nationals at Disney and Worlds in Florida. Dance, cheer and travel for FREE! Wow, I think

Marketing and Public Relations world. RAW Talent Marketing & Sales interns are responsible for ad placements,
recruiting new members through creative marketing events, scheduling talent & fashion shows for members. There
is no cold calling, but you will be required to call back those who place inquires online. This position includes
writing press releases, ad purchasing, marketing flyers and community canvassing. Paid and Intern Positions
Available. Hours vary based on assignments. Our interns have worked with Music & Technology Executives.

photography and video recording of performances and competitions. You must be able to work with children as
young as 4 and up to adult age members. You will report to the Director. This is an intern position with the
potential for Base Pay + Commission. Our Interns have been featured in Rolling Stone Magazine.
Musical Theater: RAW Talents is seeking talented and create instructions who are able to teach musical theater
with a GLEE twist. Must be willing to bring out the best in every talented member of our group. RAW Talents is
currently working on a TV Option with a Major Production company, so you must be willing to work hard and make
deadlines. If the TV option is picked up for the 2012 network season, instructors will be kept on staff and paid
Union Rates (pending network approval). *Contract Open*
Educational Tutors: RAW Talents offers a great tutoring program to all its members and the general public. The
tutor program caters to students from K-12 in all areas of education. We are currently looking for High School
students with strong math, science, history and English skills to work with our K-8th grade students. College
